职位要求和描述

Responsibility:

1. Manage the development and periodic updating of the company’s strategic and annual plans for marketing, sales and branding strategies as per the discretion and direction of the Group and management company. Oversee the development of sales plans ensuring they are complementary and supportive of corporate objectives;

2. Oversee and support the sales targets on regional and property levels to ensure maximized revenue by working closely with GMs, DOSMs and overseas sales offices;

3. Improve such abilities as revenue management and pricing strategy, and ensure flagged hotels effectively updated on industry trends;

4. Lead company efforts to identify, negotiate and develop strategic alliances such as OTA, major accounts, so as to build and expand brand awareness, revenue generation and new business opportunities;

5. Establish and develop JJ brand system, update JJ CI standard and oversee its implementation, so as to ensure brand awareness and identification effectively improved;

6. Develop J-Club (loyalty program) pool, closely work with Jin Jiang E-commerce to improve loyalty program, and oversee enrollment of properties;

7. Represent the company at travel and related industry meetings and trade shows. Direct and oversee the development of innovative and creative promotional and advertising campaigns utilizing the appropriate mix and balance of media including the internet, including official website/ account;

8. Lead, organize and manage overseas sales office according to business;

9. Work with Operation Division to provide effective S&M support, and maintain smooth communication with owners to ensure sound owner-manager relationship;

10. Ensure staffing levels (including department, regional sales offices and hotel S&M stall if necessary) are appropriate to operational needs;

11. Ensure that personnel are provided with the necessary training, coaching, and supervision to anticipate, adapt and achieve the division’s goals and objectives; 12. Support, manage and coordinate division-wide performance planning, coaching, appraisal and discipline programs to ensure consistent, fair and transparent implementation and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. At least fifteen years of international sales and marketing experience, of which at least five should have been in a senior sales or marketing management role with a multi-unit hotel or travel/hospitality-related company in Asia or China is required, including:MUST have worked at corporate level as Sales and Marketing in charge person (Director);MUST have worked in Mainland for at least 5years;Competency of Chinese (listening and/or speaking) would be a great merit;

2. Graduate of a degree program in marketing, business or hotel management from a recognized or accredited institution is required;

3. An MBA or relevant post-graduate degree and additional training in areas related to marketing, sales, or brand management would be an advantage;

4. Membership in a recognized professional body would be preferred;

5. Experience in brand development and management plus the ability to conceptualize and operationalize concepts is strongly preferred;

6. Prior experience opening new facilities and setting up systems and procedures would be strongly preferred.
